HOURLY TEAM MEMBERS:
Every new team member is welcomed by our human resource department. You receive a welcome orientation packet and a full description of benefits that are available to you upon your hire. All your questions are answered and assistance is always available for completing necessary paperwork. Next Sliders will pair you with one of our service training professionals. Your trainer will help acclimate you to your new position. You will work closely with this individual to become familiar with the daily operations and expectations of your new position.
